Spongecell provides all our users with real-time reporting on how people respond to your events. Our patented algorithms generate a sophisticated analysis of people's interest levels based on interactions with all aspects of our Add to Life Technology. You can also get reports on each type of interaction, so you can know how many people opened your emails, viewed event pages, sent invitations to friends, added to calendar (ATC), or set reminders by email or SMS.
All Promote users can access reports for their entire campaign. In the next section Hit the Mark we'll show you how you can use this information to deliver one-to-one, scalable targeted messaging.
Data Mining
Spongecell tracks how your audience interacts with events you have published via Promote using cookies, keys or information they enter. We track the individual session, and combine it with data from other sessions, independent of the medium that was used to access the event information. Spongecell's unique ability to track interactions across email, web, social networks and mobile devices removes many of the sparse data problems that result from using separate platforms to address different media.
